Life of a Twenty Something
Do I get to eat what I earn? I am soo confused because then it tells me that I won’t be losing weight? I just want to lose fat and portion control is a problem for me. HELP!
Also just found an eating plan on blogilatetv.com I think I am going to try it. It is not that different from what I am currently eating but it is all thought out for me.

I knew I was going to stay awake so I then decided while watching a show, I would really get serious. So I went on youtube and found Jillian Michael’s Yoga meltdown. I did that while watching tv and found yoga to be relaxing but challenging as well. My goals for the next 4 weeks is to have yoga, strength and cardio all combined. I am hoping and praying to push myself to really dedicate myself.

feeling sore from mon-wed workouts which feels great. I was going to go running but for some reason my contacts do not work soooo I am going to the optometerist on saturday and today do some more in house business. I think today I will do Jillian Michael’s metabolism dvd again. I am finally starting to feel like myself again. I am really happy that I am working out atleast 30 minutes a day (except yesterday) and getting high amounts of protein and drinking water. Drinking water is always a huge thing for me I don’t know why. Now, knowing that I have a certain goal makes me push to make sure I have enough. I am going grocery shopping later today and planning to buy ALOT of vegetables and chicken breasts. I have realized that while I have gained muscle my over eating and mindless eating have caused those muscles to be covered my this lovely layer to fat. When I flex I can see my muscles but my eating has really caused major distress. I realize that I really need to plan and execute because I am trying to juggle: work, home, church duties, internship, being a wife and making myself available to my family. I am going to lose my husband in august when he leaves for basic training and then I am going wherever he is in March of next year to go live somewhere far from my parents and sisters. I need to make sure I ORGANIZE MY TIME!
No goal accomplishments to post yet, just ate breakfast and had some coffee.
p.s I will be doing boxing in June I keep missing the informational meeting!
So tired from work I think I am taking a rest day to kick butt tomorrow.

still not feeling 100% myself yet. I did 15 minute blogilates cardio and 15 minutes insanity I like the mixing up because it doesn’t make me feel bored with one instructor. I am sweating so much right now.

Happy that I am achieving most of my goals but I really need to get into my calorie range. I think I am going to aim for a max of 1700 but I want to get into 1400-1600.
So today was good, didn’t think I felt JM metabolism booster from yesterday only to find out after a nap my body feels like its 59 years old. (yes 59 cuz it wasn’t that bad). I thought I would go running but didn’t feel the gumption (maybe I am 59), so I figured I would find something online. I did about 10 minutes of zumba (which I find not to be for me), some hit and miss of a kickboxing dvd for 10 and then came across the BLOGILATESTV channel. I did a 2 workouts totaling 15 minutes and loved them. They have tons of different things. I did a kickboxing one and then did a cardio one. I am going to do the cardio one again later this week because its about 6 minutes but it’s a H.I.I.T routine so its supposed to be done 4 times with one minute rest in between. I really like the instructor as well.With youtube you can set up your own playlist and put together 4 of 5 mini workouts to give you a great over all workout. This was a great alternative to what I already have in my fitness library.
So while I don’t think I gave it my usual 110%, coming in with 80% is better than 0%.

-I am not going to beat myself up about going over my calories I still achieved alot of my goals one day is not going to kill me and all I have eaten is healthy. I am just really hungry today and I am going to deal with it today but tomorrow is another day where I aim to hit all my goals.
